By accessing or using ColviQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Use of Service
You may use ColviQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to harm or defraud other users, third parties, or ColviQ itself.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Trial accounts are free for 14 days with no credit card required.
5. Intellectual Property
The ColviQ platform, including its software, design, and content, is the exclusive property of ColviQ and its licensors. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ColviQ at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ColviQ is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
