1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ColviQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Use of Service
You may use ColviQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to harm or defraud other users, third parties, or ColviQ itself.
3. ColviQ Is Software, Not a Lead Supplier
ColviQ is software. It does not supply, sell or guarantee leads. You are responsible for the leads and contacts you bring into your workspace and for how you contact them.
4. Lead Exchange Operators
If you use the ColviQ Lead Exchange, you must hold valid consent, and any other legal basis required by applicable law, for all personal data you collect, share or sell through it, including data received from your affiliates and delivered to your buyers. You are responsible for your agreements with your affiliates and buyers.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are issued at our discretion. ColviQ is in early access and there is no self-serve signup; workspaces are set up by our team after a demo. Any trial workspace we set up is free for 14 days, with no credit card required, and is limited to storing 50 leads and 2 users, without WhatsApp, inbound webhooks, automations, the REST API or the Lead Exchange.
7. Intellectual Property
The ColviQ platform, including its software, design, and content, is the exclusive property of ColviQ and its licensors. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ColviQ at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ColviQ is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
