Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company name, and any messages or lead data you input into the platform. We also collect usage data, browser information, and log data automatically when you use ColviQ or visit our website.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send you technical notices and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and send you marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).
Your Customers' Lead Data
For lead data you upload, import or capture in ColviQ, you are the controller and ColviQ processes it on your instructions to provide the service. This includes the IP address and submitted details of people who fill in Lead Exchange forms or are posted in by your affiliates, lead data ColviQ sends to your buyers' endpoints, and conversion postbacks sent to your affiliates' tracking links. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share that data.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Meta (Meta Pixel), Google (Google Analytics) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalisation in your Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad preferences.
Data Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers who help us run ColviQ and our website, and only as needed for that purpose: Formspree (our website demo and contact forms), Razorpay (subscription payments), Meta (the WhatsApp Cloud API, when you connect your WhatsApp number), our email delivery provider, and our cloud hosting providers, including Firebase Hosting for this website.
Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is logically separated by workspace and scoped to your account, and is sent over HTTPS. Access is controlled via role based permissions, with optional two factor authentication. Files you upload to a lead can only be downloaded by signed in users of your workspace.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. A workspace admin can request deletion of the workspace from inside ColviQ, or you can email us. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days, and we delete your workspace data after verifying the request.
