ColviQ connects your own number through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, on the Growth and Scale plans. Replies from a lead's number and messages sent from ColviQ are saved on that lead, not scattered across someone's phone. ColviQ adds no markup on WhatsApp; Meta bills its message charges to you directly. The pipeline, follow ups and reports work without WhatsApp connected.
Yes, you can import existing leads into ColviQ from a CSV file using the ColviQ template. ColviQ previews the first rows, matches duplicates by phone or email (you choose to skip or update them), and imports up to 10,000 rows per file in the background, within your plan's lead limit. You can also add leads by hand, send them in by webhook from tools like Zapier or Make on Growth, or use the REST API on Scale.
Every ColviQ business gets its own workspace, with data logically separated and scoped to your account. It is sent over HTTPS, access is role based, and you can enforce two-factor authentication across your whole team.
ColviQ is currently in early access, so you get in by booking a demo with just an email, no credit card needed to start. ColviQ is onboarding new workspaces now.
Yes, you can cancel ColviQ anytime from your billing settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your leads until then.
